Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service

EasyLovable is a browser extension (Chrome, Edge, Brave) that complements the Lovable platform, enabling unlimited prompts, native chat and credit freezing. We are not an official Lovable affiliate; the name is used only to describe Service compatibility.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license limited to the contracted plan (daily, weekly, monthly, annual or lifetime). Reselling, sublicensing or sharing the license with third parties is prohibited, except under the official Reseller plan.

3. Payments

• Prices are announced in Meticais (MZN); equivalents in other currencies are merely indicative.
• Accepted methods: M-Pesa, e-Mola, bank transfer and cards via authorized gateway.
• Access is activated after payment confirmation (usually within minutes).

4. Renewal and cancellation

Plans do not auto-renew — you choose when to renew. You may cancel at any time by simply not renewing. Payments are non-refundable after activation, except in case of technical failure attributable to us.

5. Trial period

We offer 10 minutes of free trial before payment. This period is solely intended to validate the extension's operation in your environment.

6. Support and updates

During the contract period, you are entitled to continuous WhatsApp support (+258 84 2828 600) and free extension updates. The lifetime plan includes updates for as long as EasyLovable exists.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use EasyLovable to: (a) violate Lovable's Terms of Service, (b) perform illegal activities, (c) generate abusive or misleading content, (d) run automations that harm Lovable's or third-party infrastructure.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for Lovable platform outages, data loss in your Lovable project, Lovable API changes, or indirect damages arising from extension use. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current plan.

9. Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses in case of fraud, undue sharing or breach of these Terms, with no right to refund.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Mozambique. Disputes shall be preferably resolved by mediation; otherwise, in the courts of Maputo.
