Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account: email, name and phone number provided to activate the license.
• Payment: M-Pesa/e-Mola phone number or bank reference; we never store PINs or banking credentials.
• Extension usage: activation date/time, active plan and an anonymous device identifier used to validate the license.
• Support: messages exchanged via WhatsApp or email when you request help.

2. What we do NOT collect

• We do not read, store or forward the prompts you send to Lovable.
• We do not access the source code of the projects you create on Lovable.
• We do not collect browsing history outside the lovable.dev domain.

3. How we use data

Data is used only to: (a) validate your license, (b) process payments, (c) provide technical support and (d) send Service-related notices (renewal, outages, updates).

4. Third-party sharing

We share strictly necessary data with: M-Pesa/Vodacom, e-Mola/Movitel and card gateways to process payments; Supabase (database infrastructure) for storage; and messaging providers (WhatsApp, email) for communication. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep account data while the license is active and for up to 24 months after expiration, for accounting and support purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Security

We use HTTPS for all communications, token-based authentication and encrypted storage at rest. Even so, no system is 100% safe; we recommend you keep your account protected.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data. To exercise these rights contact us by email or WhatsApp.

8. Cookies

The website uses only strictly necessary cookies for functionality and preferences (language, theme). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. We will always publish the date of the last change at the top of this page.
